1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At 3 Amigos Window Cleaning, we stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we will work to make it right at no additional cost to you.

2. Service Quality Standards

We consider our service complete when:

  • All windows are cleaned to professional standards
  • Frames and sills are properly cleaned
  • Screens are cleaned and properly reinstalled (if applicable)
  • Work area is left clean and tidy
  • Customer approval is obtained

3. Refund Eligibility

Full or partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Completed: If services cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control, a full refund will be provided
  • Significant Quality Issues: If windows are not cleaned to professional standards and cannot be re-cleaned to satisfaction
  • Damage: If we cause damage to your property (covered by our insurance with additional compensation)
  • Cancellation: If you cancel services before work begins (no penalty with 24 hours notice)

4. Service Recovery Process

Before issuing a refund, we will attempt to resolve any issues through:

  • Re-cleaning: Free re-cleaning of any areas not meeting standards
  • Service Adjustment: Additional services at no charge to address concerns
  • Management Review: Direct contact from management to resolve issues

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund or report service issues:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • Provide specific details about the issue
  • Allow us reasonable time to investigate and respond
  • Provide photos if possible to document concerns

6. Exclusions

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration
  • Issues caused by factors beyond our control (weather, access problems)
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after service
  • Damage caused by property condition (rotting frames, loose panes)
  • Services performed as requested by customer against our recommendations

7. Partial Services

In cases where only partial service is completed due to unforeseen circumstances, pricing will be adjusted proportionally to reflect the actual work performed.

8. Weather-Related Cancellations

If services are cancelled due to weather conditions (rain, snow, high winds, extreme temperatures), we will reschedule at no additional cost. No refund is necessary as service will be provided on a new date.

9. Insurance Claims

For damage-related issues:

  • Our $2 million liability insurance may cover property damage
  • Customers must report damage within 24 hours
  • Insurance claims will be processed through our insurance provider
  • Customers may be required to provide documentation

10. Payment Processing

Refund processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Original payment method will be used for refunds
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-7 additional days to appear
  • Cash refunds available upon request

11. Recurring Service Plans

For customers with recurring service agreements, satisfaction issues will be addressed through service adjustments or plan modifications rather than refunds.

12. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality service and avoid issues:

  • Provide clear access to all windows and work areas
  • Disclose any special conditions or concerns about the property
  • Be present during service or designate someone to approve work
  • Report any concerns immediately
