By scheduling and receiving services from 3 Amigos Window Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

3 Amigos Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning services including:

• Residential and commercial window cleaning
• Screen cleaning and minor repairs
• Window frame cleaning and restoration
• Post-construction cleanup
• High-rise window cleaning (where applicable)

3. Service Scheduling and Availability

• Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances
• Customers will be notified of any schedule changes as early as possible
• Emergency services may be available with additional charges

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change
• Final pricing is determined after on-site assessment
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Returned check fees may apply

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to all windows and work areas
• Removing or securing fragile items near windows
• Disclosing any special conditions or concerns about the property
• Ensuring pets are secured during service
• Providing water access if needed

6. Weather Policy

Services may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions including rain, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures. We will contact customers to reschedule at the earliest available time.

7. Damage and Liability

• We maintain $2 million liability insurance coverage
• Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration
• Damage claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right at no additional charge.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel services with 24 hours notice without penalty
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service charge
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns or other extenuating circumstances

10. Eco-Friendly Practices

We use environmentally safe cleaning products and practices. Customers with specific allergies or sensitivities should inform us before service begins.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Customer information is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services.

12. Intellectual Property

13. Limitation of Liability
